Pastor Victor Kenny Macarthy was supernaturally called to serve the end-time purpose of Christ's second coming from a hospital bed in December 1989. The call was reconfirmed seven years later.

Trained and ordained as an Elim Pentecostal church minister, Pastor Macarthy is the lead pastor of Christ Harvest Centre, an Elim Pentecostal Church in Turnpike Lane London which is the church arm of the Global Harvest Outreach & Christ Harvest Centre (The Harvest Army) - a UK registered Christian charity.

A qualified Chartered accountant, he served in local, regional and central government in the UK for 26 years before retiring early in April 2016 to focus on full time ministry.

Pastor Macarthy is married to Bola, a teacher both by profession as well as by calling.  They are blessed with two children - Joanna and Jonathan.
